Partners In Education: Better Schools. Better Teachers. Better Haiti.

Partners In Education

 THE Partners In Education MODEL

Kozefó’s roots are made up of three essential elements: Orphanages, Primary and Secondary Schools and Adult Literacy Institutions. This is where the roots of our organization soak up the children from the streets or those adults with no education or little possibility of self-improvement and begin to get them from point A to point B. We don’t necessarily need to build orphanages or schools to make this happen, often we make better what already exists. If a community is void of a much-needed orphanage or school then we will seek to build one.

Once primary education and literacy training are complete, Kozefó will use its partnerships with outside educational institutions to create links for further education or work placement possibilities.

After the completion of Kozefó’s educational programing, students will be able to reflect on their realities, think critically and creatively. They will have the skills to create on their own, sustainable solutions to the problems that they are facing in their communities. It is at this juncture, when the majority of Haiti’s constituents have the abilities and skills to change there own reality, that we will see long lasting positive social change for Haiti.
